The Critical Infrastructure Assessment Program (CIAP) is designed to allow Property Managers to preemptively manage the plumbing and infrastructure that is critical to their unique building operations.

Projections
All of the data gathered is used to set budget expectations for 1-year, 3-years and 5-years.
Maintenance Schedule
We compile a complete report, indicating maintenance priorities and set up an agreed-upon annual work schedule.
