For over 15 years, GreenTeam Building Services has proudly served commercial, industrial, institutional, and healthcare clients across Florida. In 2019, we expanded our capabilities with the addition of our first Vac Truck to support stormwater system maintenance. That initial investment has since grown into a robust set of environmental and utility services—including CCTV inspections, pipelining, hydroexcavation, and grease trap cleaning.

As demand for these services has grown, so has our commitment to delivering them with the same professionalism, safety, and efficiency our clients expect. That’s why we’re excited to announce a strategic change that will allow us to serve you even better.

Effective January 1, 2026, GreenTeam’s environmental and utility service divisions will transition to a newly created entity: Terry Utilities. This move allows us to streamline operations, invest in specialized tools and resources, and manage financial and logistical needs with greater precision—while keeping service quality at the forefront. By separating these divisions from our core plumbing business, we can provide a more focused, responsive, and scalable solution for our clients throughout Florida.

What’s staying the same? Everything else. Clients will still work with the same experienced team. Operations will continue under the same roof, with familiar communication channels and internal processes.

Terry Utilities will be led by Director Conner Boyle, alongside Coordinator Carol Pasquini. Our current service offerings include:

• Five-year surface water renewals
• Hydro-excavation
• Line jetting
• Grease trap cleaning
