GreenTeam Continues Its Growth Trajectory With A New Location

GreenTeam | Building Services (GreenTeam) announced today that it had inked a lease for a new company headquarters, located in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Just south of Copans Road on Andrews Avenue, the new headquarters includes 5,200 square feet of office space, 2,800 square feet of warehouse space, and a 1.7-acre lot. Its convenient location provides quick access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, making it easy to service their clients in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach.

Having provided expert plumbing services for commercial real estate in South Florida since 2009, GreenTeam has experienced significant growth in operations over the last couple of years. The company recently added critical infrastructure maintenance programs, hydro & air excavation, underground utilities locating & repair, stormwater inspections & repairs, and grease trap service & maintenance, along with the 5-year surface water license renewals to its service lines.

GreenTeam recently announced its rebranding initiative, changing its name from GreenTeam Service Corp. to GreenTeam | Building Services. In addition to a new logo, the company is updating its website with a new web address, www.getgreenteam.com. While the changes reflect a new phase and future direction of the business, GreenTeam remains committed to delivering exceptional service, with no exceptions.

The company will move to its new headquarters at the end of December.
