This year, GreenTeam was proud to sponsor one of our favorite events: the BOMA Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beaches TOBY Awards.

We spend a lot of time in these buildings and on these properties, so it’s a real honor to support an event that recognizes the people who keep them running at such a high level. Sponsoring the TOBY Awards is our way of giving back to a community that has trusted us for many years.

To say thank you, we shared a short video during the program that tells the GreenTeam story in a simple way: where we started, what we do, and why we care so much about this work.

In the video, our founder, James Terry, talks about the GreenTeam journey, which started in 2009 with one truck and a lot of determination. Since then, we’ve grown into a team that is proud to support hundreds of properties in this region.

We love what we do, we respect the trades we come from, and we don’t take our customers’ trust for granted. Whether it’s plumbing, stormwater systems, utilities, or specialty services like hydro-excavation and CCTV inspections, our job is to handle the infrastructure most people never see — so owners, managers, and tenants can focus on everything happening inside the building.
