This Master Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on ______________ (the "Effective Date") by and between GreenTeam Building Services, with its principal place of business at 2100 N Andrews Pompano Beach, Florida, 33069, and __________________________ , with its principal place of business at _____________________ .

WHEREAS, the Customer desires to engage GreenTeam Building Services to perform plumbing and Utility services (the "Services"); and

WHEREAS, GreenTeam Building Services desires to perform the Services for the Customer, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

SCOPE OF SERVICES. GreenTeam Building Services agrees to provide plumbing and utility services to the Customer in accordance with the specifications and requirements set forth in each work order issued by the Customer (each, a "Work Order").

FEES AND PAYMENT. The fees for the Services shall be as set forth in each Work Order. The Customer agrees to pay GreenTeam Building Services the fees set forth in each Work Order within 30 days of receipt of the invoice for such fees. In the event that the Customer fails to pay any invoice when due, GreenTeam Building Services shall have the right to suspend performance of the Services until such time as payment is received.

CONFIDENTIALITY. The parties hereto acknowledge that during the course of performing the Services, they may be exposed to confidential information of the other party. The parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY LIMITATION. The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold GreenTeam Building Services harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Services or the breach of this Agreement by the Customer. However, GreenTeam Building Services' liability for damages shall be limited to damages that pertain to the scope of work defined in the Services, and GreenTeam Building Services shall not be liable for any excess damages that go beyond the scope of work defined in the Services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. GreenTeam Building Services' liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the Services. In no event shall GreenTeam Building Services be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts, and the parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations,

We would like to inform you of our current hourly rates for plumbing services. Our rates are as follows:

Regular business hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Overtime hours: Weekdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Saturdays

Sundays and Holidays

Please note that our rates do not include permits and administrative fees. Additionally, we offer a Backflow Prevention/Inspection Certification Fee

For specialty services such as camera inspection, jetting, leak detection, and smoke tests, please contact us for our rates.
